The Colin at Kimberworth is a 100% wet led community pub, great for watching live sport and entertainment. The new operator will need to deliver a value driven, mainstream offer that appeals to the traditional customer base and makes the most the investment we have planned to refurbish the trade space and reinvigorate the garden.
