Once listed in the Guinness book of records, originally a Pigeon coup used by monks, the original structure has been dated as far as 793AD.
Since then we have been a place of sanctuary and relaxation for locals and visitors from around the world.

The octagonal building has been wonderfully preserved thanks to the efforts of all the previous publicans and custodians over hundreds of years. There is nothing like it.
