The Barrow Boy & Banker was originally the first branch of the National Westminster Bank. While in our pub you'll probably notice many of the original features such as the large windows and double height ceiling. And beneath your feet lies the labyrinth of existing bank vaults, which we now store and condition our beer.

We are known as an Ale & Pie House, one of several similarly styled pubs owned by Fuller's. As the name suggests, we are famous for selling fantastic homemade pies and perfectly conditioned award-winning ales.

Over many years we believe our team of chefs have perfected the British tradition of pie making. All our food is freshly prepared and cooked in our kitchen using the finest quality ingredients, locally sourced where possible.

Our cask ales are brewed just 8.8 miles from here, at Fuller's in Chiswick, London's last remaining traditional family brewery. We always showcase a minimum of five cask-conditioned ales.
